Welcome to Delhi Pathshala (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (delhipathshala.in) and our mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Delhi Pathshala provides educational content including notes, Generic Electives (GE) material, Previous Year Question Papers (PYQ), and syllabus documents for students. Our services are provided through our website and mobile application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Platform. If you are under 18, you should use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information while creating an account (name, email, etc.).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- An account (login/signup) is required to use the Platform.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Certain content on the Platform (full notes, GE content beyond the free quota, PYQ, and syllabus PDFs beyond the free limit) requires a paid subscription.
- Current subscription price is ₹29/30 days on the website, subject to change with prior notice.
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
- Your subscription is linked to your account email and is shared across our website and mobile app — subscribing on either unlocks both.
- Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of successful payment and do not renew automatically. You will need to manually renew your subscription to continue accessing paid content.
5. Free Content
- We provide a limited amount of free content (a limited number of free notes and PDF downloads) to help users evaluate the Platform before subscribing. The scope of free content may change at our discretion.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Copy, redistribute, or resell content from the Platform without our written permission.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or download content in bulk.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including notes, PYQs, syllabus material, graphics, and the app/website design, is the property of Delhi Pathshala or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Content Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep our educational content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or complete. Users should verify important information (such as syllabus and exam-related details) from official sources.
9. Limitation of Liability
Delhi Pathshala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data or exam-related outcomes.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
