Account information: Name, email address, and profile photo (if you sign in via Google Sign-In).
Usage data: Pages/notes viewed, PDFs downloaded, app/website interaction data, and device/browser information, collected to improve our services.
Subscription data: Subscription status and expiry date. We do NOT collect or store your payment card, UPI, or bank account details — these are handled directly and securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.
Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and maintain the Platform and its content.
Verify and manage your subscription status (shared across website and app).
Respond to your support requests.
Send important notifications (e.g., new content updates), where you have not opted out.
Improve our content and app/website experience.

3. Payment Information

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a RBI-authorized payment aggregator. When you make a payment, you are subject to Razorpay’s own privacy policy and terms. We only receive confirmation of successful payment and the email address used for payment — we do not have access to your card or banking details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

Firebase (Google): for authentication, database, and app/website functionality.
Razorpay: for processing payments.
Legal authorities: if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You may:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Opt out of promotional communications at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Platform is intended for students generally aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
